Good printer, decent support

I bought an Elegoo Mars from them a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no real issues there. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Florida, which was a little longer than I hoped, but the package arrived in good condition. When I set it up, I had a small problem with the resin vat not seating quite right. I emailed their support and they got back to me within 24 hours with some troubleshooting steps. Turns out it was just me not pushing it in enough. The printer itself works well, got some nice prints right away after that. The quality of the machine seems solid for the price I paid.

My first 3D printer

So I finally decided to get a 3D printer, went with the Creality Ender 3. The website was easy enough to navigate, found what I wanted pretty quick. It shipped out the next day, which was cool, but then it took a whole week to actually get to me in Arizona. Not super fast, but it got here. Setting it up was a bit of a challenge since I'm new to all this, but there were tons of videos online, not just from them. The printer itself is pretty neat, been printing little figures for my desk. Everything seemed legit when it came. I'm happy with it.

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack discounts. I tried to use a coupon on a sale item once and it just took the better of the two deals, not both. It's usually one code per order.

For Prusa specifically, I'd check both. Sometimes one has a better bundle or slightly better shipping. This store is good for a wide selection though. MatterHackers has good support too.

I got an Elegoo Mars from them a couple months ago, shipped to Vegas. Took about a week and a half, maybe 8-9 business days. Expect something similar I guess.

For printers, they usually ship pretty quick. I think mine took about 5 days to get to me in California. They have free shipping on printers too which is nice.

Yeah, they're definitely legit. I bought my CR-10 from them last year and it came directly from Creality's official warehouse, brand new in box. No issues at all.
